FAQ

Do you have templates? 

Yes! See here for caregiver design templates prior to submitting a request.  

Will you translate the design to Spanish? 

No. We require all copy to submitted in English AND Spanish. You can submit English copy for translation to dayana.sanchez@sinai.org.

How long will my design take? 

Please allow at least 10-14 business days for a first proof to be delivered, and 3-4 business days for edits to be applied.

Will you print my design for me? 

No. The requestor is responsible for all hard costs related to the project, such as printing, mailing services, postage, laminating, etc. Please work with one of our preferred vendors to coordinate payment, delivery and implementation.

I need a sign designed, will you install it for me? 

No. Marketing will provide the English and Spanish design file. Please work with facilities to coordinate installation (mark.leo@sinai.org).
