FAQ

Do you have templates? 

Yes! See here for caregiver design templates prior to submitting a request.  

 

Will you translate the design to Spanish? 

No. We require all copy to submitted in English AND Spanish. You can submit English copy for translation to dayana.sanchez@sinai.org.

How long will my design take? 

Please allow at least 10-14 business days for a first proof to be delivered, and 3-4 business days for edits to be applied.

Will you print my design for me? 

No. The requestor is responsible for all hard costs related to the project, such as printing, mailing services, postage, laminating, etc. Please work with one of our preferred vendors to coordinate payment, delivery and implementation.

I need a sign designed and installed. What is the process? 

All signage requests must be initiated through the Facilities Signage Request Form on SharePoint. Do not submit these via the Marketing design portal. Additionally, Marketing does not manage installation; please work with Facilities to coordinate this.
